Norris works to restore your electricity as safely and quickly as possible. The fastest and most efficient way to report an outage is through the SmartHub app on your mobile device. Norris does not monitor reports of outages by social media or email.

If you see a fallen power line or safety hazard involving Norris’ equipment, call Norris at 800-858-4707, or call 911 immediately. Do not touch a power line or anything in contact with it and keep others away until help arrives.
