       Cash Payment Convenience
Pay Your Norris Bill With Cash at Dollar General, Family Dollar, CVS Pharmacy and Other Participating Stores Using InComm/Cashtie
With the simplicity at which con- sumers can connect their banking accounts with service
providers online, it
has never been easier
to pay bills through a
bank account, cred-
it card or debit card.
However, what about
the cash-preferred
consumers who may
be unbanked or prefer the security and simplicity of paying for every- day expenses with cash?
Incomm’s Vanilla Direct Pay is a real-time, cash-based payment option. A barcode allows cash-preferred consumers to pay for bills at participating retailers. All a customer must do is present a barcode either printed on the back of their Norris bill, or utilize “Pay by Cash” available in SmartHub Web or SmartHub Mobile App to make a payment. A convenience fee of $1.50 will be
charged per transaction.
