Board Meeting Information
Unless otherwise notified by the General Manager, regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held monthly on the first Wednesday of each month. The Directors shall hold their meetings at the general office of the District, or at such other place or places as the Board may from time to time determine. Notice of regular meeting shall be given as provided by law.

A light meter is used to determine how much of the light being emitted is reaching the area where it is needed. The light meter takes measurements in footcandles.
