OPERATION ROUND UP
RINEHART TERM ENDS AS THAYER COUNTY DIRECTOR
  David Rinehart has served as the Thayer County representative on the Operation Round Up Board of Directors from October 2012 to October 2018. During his six-year term, he held the position of Board Vice-Chair in 2014 and served as Board Chair from 2015 to 2018.
At the fourth quarter board meeting held in October, David was presented a plaque from the Operation Round Up Board of Directors to express their sincere appreciation and gratitude for his leadership, loyalty, diligence and

The Operation Round Up Board is comprised of a volunteer director from each of the six counties that are located within Norris Public Power District’s service territory. David Rippe of Bruning was approved as the new Thayer County representative and will begin his duties at the January 2019 meeting.
We thank both volunteers for generously giving their time to serve on the Operation Round Up Board of Directors.
