On December 27, 2021, the Nebraska Power Review Board approved the District’s Charter Amendment that materially modified the director voting subdivisions to best serve the District’s customers taking into consideration data from the 2020 Census.
One director will represent each of the six counties that Norris serves, a director will represent the west, central and east area subdivisions and three at-large directors will temporarily represent the entire Norris service area until their board seats expire over the course of the next five years.
