Customer service centers will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Customer Service Representatives will continue to remain available by phone or email communication until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
An Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system allows customers the ability to pay their electric bill by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling 1-866-999-4503.
