What does the Norris Load Control Relay (LCR) Look like, and where is it located?
- The Load Controller looks like the image below.
- It is either located on the side of the Meter Socket, OR It can also be located at the customer Pump Panel.
- When the LCR is powered ON, there will be a GREEN light illuminated when looking at the front of the relay. When in Load Management, an additional RED light will be illuminated.

How can I get notifications for when Load Management will begin, or end?
- Load Management text notifications are available, by signing up with the link below. Once you have signed up for notifications, you will continue to receive these notifications each year, until you request for them to end.
- The Daily message is also available on our website by visiting the following link, which is updated each day of the irrigation season, by 8:30 AM.

How do I know how much my power factor adjustment adds to to my bill each year?

- You will need to contact your local Electrician or Irrigation Contractor
What does a “Code Red” or “Code Green” day mean?
- If “Code Green” is announced for the day, it means there will be no Load management for that day.
- If “Code Red” is announced for the day, it means Irrigation wells may be subject to control that day.
